The Commission for Accreditation and Quality Assurance (CAQA) of the National Entity for Accreditation and Quality Assurance in Higher Education (NEAQA) adopted an Amendment to the Plan for the Implementation of Regular External Quality Evaluation of Higher Education Institutions for 2025 at its session held on 16 June 2026 with implementation schedudled fo the second hal of 2026.
The amendment was adopted following a proposal submitted by the Sector for Accreditation and External Quality Evaluation of NEAQA and expands the list of higher education institutions in which the procedure of regular external quality evaluation will be carried out.
As stated in the document, after the adoption of the amended Plan, CAQA will notify the higher education institutions concerned about the initiation of the external quality evaluation procedure. This process represents one of the key mechanisms for ensuring and continuously improving the quality of higher education in the Republic of Serbia, in accordance with national regulations and quality assurance standards.
The decision to adopt the Amendment to the Plan was made unanimously at the session of the Commission for Accreditation and Quality Assurance held on 16 June 2026.
